Students in grades 8-11 interested in high school volleyball for next fall should plan on coming to the HS library on Monday, 5/11, at lunch for an interest meeting. The summer schedule will be shared, as well as important information for next year.

Day two of School Staff Appreciation has been full of kindness from our incredible community! Thank you to Absaroka-Beartooth Dental for the travel toothbrush kits. Stillwater Wind generously donated coffee cards, pens and stickers for the entire staff! Thank you to the Ken’s I-90 and the Faust family for providing the Elementary school staff with coffee, as well as Early Bird Coffee House for making them breakfast burritos. In honor of Cinco de Mayo, the 307 Bar & Grill brought everyone chips, salsa and guacamole, as well as pinatas full of drink chips! Thank you to the Yellowstone Bank for donating meat and cheese trays for all 3 schools for lunch. We are all going to be full and happy!

IMPORTANT: School Election Ballot Instructions
Election Day: May 5th
All ballots and instructions were mailed out on April 17th.
If you are a registered voter and received a school election ballot in the mail, please make sure to follow these steps to ensure your vote is counted:
Sign the back of the return envelope.
Enter your birth year in the red box.
Why is the birth year required?
The birth year requirement is a new state law. Under this law, ballots returned without a birth year cannot be processed.
Running Out of Time
With only 8 days remaining until the election, timing is critical. If a ballot is returned without the birth year, the school must mail a letter back to you with instructions on how to fix it, which may result in your vote not being counted by the deadline.
Action Required: Please check your envelope, ensure the red box is filled, and return your ballot as soon as possible.

There is a softball game in Shepherd on Saturday - Varsity plays at 1PM, JV plays at 2:30PM.
The golf meet scheduled in Columbus for Friday of this week has been moved to tomorrow (4/22) due to the incoming weather system.
