Columbus Public Schools is actively searching for a school nutrition worker to start immediately. This position is Monday through Friday during the school year with summers and school vacations off. In addition, this position offers competitive wages and great benefits including vacation/ sick leave, retirement system (PERS), and health insurance. Starting wage is $15.00 but will allow additional pay for experience. CHS & CMS students are dressing up this week in celebration of District Tournaments - here are the assigned dress up days.


This Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all Columbus Public Schools will be dismissed at 1PM. The middle school lunch will be from 12:08-12:38PM, high school lunch will be at 12:38PM, and elementary school lunch schedule remains the same. Buses will pick up at the high school/middle school first and will then proceed to the elementary.

At this morning’s special school board meeting, the board approved setting the technology levy amounts at $200,000 each for both the elementary district and the high school.
Voters will see two separate technology levies on the school election ballot. This will be a mail-in ballot election, with ballots scheduled to be mailed in April.
